Please review the following information before placing your order.

DDP Destinations: United States, Germany, the Netherlands, and Sweden

Orders shipped to these four countries are sent on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. Estimated duties and taxes are collected at checkout and prepaid on behalf of the customer.

Although duties and taxes are prepaid, local customs authorities or delivery carriers may, in rare cases, impose additional charges due to customs inspections, product reclassification, regulatory changes, processing, or storage. Any such additional charges are determined by the local authorities or carrier and may be payable by the recipient.

All Other Destinations — Duties and Taxes Not Prepaid

For all countries other than the United States, Germany, the Netherlands, and Sweden, duties, taxes, tariffs, and customs-related fees are not prepaid at checkout.

Customers are responsible for paying any duties, taxes, tariffs, brokerage fees, or handling fees assessed by their local customs authority or delivery carrier before or upon delivery. Please check with your local customs authority for applicable charges before placing an order.

Customs duties, taxes, tariffs, and related charges are non-refundable.
