Abigail, a halterneck leotard defined by delicate gathered mesh and an elegant corset-inspired silhouette.

Created around the 'ruched mesh' theme of the 22 SS collection, this leotard combines timeless black with delicate ruching for a look that feels both refined and alluring.

Built on our signature corset-inspired design, contrasting black mesh and soft beige tones create subtle depth. The sheer detailing and sculpted corset lines beautifully define the body’s natural silhouette.

Protected by a registered design patent, our signature corset line has been thoughtfully developed around a dancer’s natural curves and movement. Its precisely engineered pattern gently supports and streamlines the body, creating a beautifully balanced and slender silhouette.

The carefully placed mesh ruching provides natural coverage across the bust, allowing the leotard to be worn comfortably without additional padding. The ruching is designed to soften and refine the bust line without adding unnecessary volume, creating a smooth, secure and flattering silhouette. Please note: This style does not include padding or pad pockets.

The classic halter neckline elegantly reveals the shoulders and arms, beautifully highlighting the delicate movement of the upper body and port de bras. A snap-button closure at the neck allows for easy dressing and removal.

The lining is applied only along the corset panel and brief area, reducing unnecessary weight while providing essential coverage and support. This thoughtful construction creates a lighter, more comfortable feel that moves effortlessly with the body. Please note: This style does not include padding or pad pockets.

Ode on Tutu is a balletwear brand inspired by the timeless elegance of corsetry and classical ballet costumes.

As the original creator and developer of the Corset Leotard, Ode on Tutu introduced a distinctive design that combines the sculptural elements of a corset with the freedom and functionality of a leotard in a way never seen before. This innovative design reflects our specialized expertise in both corsetry and leotard construction, reinterpreting the refined lines of a traditional corset to create a beautifully streamlined and elongated silhouette.

Each pattern is meticulously developed by a designer with a professional ballet background and a deep understanding of dancers’ movement, anatomy, and performance needs. Expertly engineered to enhance the natural contours of the body without compromising comfort or mobility, the Corset Leotard embodies Ode on Tutu’s distinctive balance of elegance, sophistication, and functionality.

Since 2021, Ode on Tutu has created the first and only Corset Leotard and Victorian gathered Skirt, featuring our original registered designs.

Care Instructions

Care Instructions

  • Hand wash each item separately in cold water using a very mild detergent.

  • Do not soak for longer than 30 minutes.

  • Do not wring, bleach, tumble dry, or iron leotards and warmers.

  • Gently reshape and lay flat or hang to dry in the shade.

Dark Colors

To help prevent color transfer, especially with black, red, and other dark-colored items, we recommend washing them separately in cold water 1–2 times before the first wear.

Additional Care

Avoid wearing the garment for prolonged periods of intense activity. Extended exposure to perspiration and body heat may affect the color and cause fading or color transfer.

Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING

We ship all our products internationally to most countries. We have the right to periodically suspend shipments to countries due to law changes, shipping or customs difficulties or any other reason that Ode on Tutu finds suitable. If a country is not available to ship to, there will be no option to select that country at checkout. 
Ode on Tutu does not deliver Orders to Post Office boxes or Parcel Lockers. 
Provided the items in an order are not on pre-order, a 1-3 day order processing time is required on all orders before shipment. 

If the Customer believes their nominated delivery address will be unattended at the time of delivery, we suggest nominating an address that the Customer knows will be attended during regular business hours. If the nominated delivery address is unattended at the time of delivery, the courier will either leave the Goods in a secure location under their ATL (in which case the delivery will be deemed successful by the courier) or a card will be left with details as to where the Customer can collect the Goods. At this time the Goods will be deemed delivered (‘Successful Delivery’).

Ode on Tutu will not be held responsible for any occurrence that may happen following the Delivery of Goods, including theft or damage if Goods are delivered to an unattended address. All risks in the Goods will remain with the Customer upon Delivery and Ode on Tutu will not offer replacement Goods or refund a Customer for any lost or damaged Goods.

Once the package has been handed over for shipment, it immediately becomes the property of the customer. If there are any issues with a package during transportation or customs according to the tracking status, please contact the provided courier to help claim your package or resolve any issues. If this cannot be resolved, please contact us immediately.

We are not liable for customs and tariffs. Please check with your local customs of any applicable customs duties or taxes, tariffs before placing an order. Customs duties and taxes, tariffs are the responsibility of the customer. Please note that any customs charges are non-refundable.

US Tariff & Customs Notice (DDP Included) — Updated November 26, 2025

All orders shipped to the United States will include prepaid duties and taxes (DDP) starting November 26, 2025.
(Updated December 27, 2025)Tariff rates vary based on the total order amount: 21% for orders under $50, 19% for orders between $50 and $100, and 17% for orders over $100.

Due to changes in U.S. tariff regulations, tariff rates have been updated.
The revised rates will apply to orders placed on or after February 24 at 2:00 PM (KST) as follows: 15% for orders under $50, 13% for orders between $50 and $100, and 12% for orders over $100.

Please note that U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) may occasionally conduct random inspections, which can result in additional charges such as inspection fees.

In very rare cases, the local delivery carrier (e.g., UPS during last-mile delivery) may apply processing or storage fees depending on their internal policies.

These situations are uncommon, but they can occur.

Returns

Items can be returned within 14 days after the shipping company has confirmed delivery. All returns shipping charges lie at the customers expense. If an item has been received damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order and send us images of your damaged or incorrect item so we can assess. If images are sent at a later date, we may not be able to refund you or replace the item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. There are no restocking charges for returns. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If a gift was included with your order, it must also be returned in its original condition. If the gift is not returned, a refund cannot be issued.

To return the item, use your local post office with a signed-for service and ask for a tracking number so you can follow your return. Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
